Terms of service

Stallwire provides email briefs summarizing public online discussions among sellers, buyers and freelancers on online marketplaces (currently Etsy and print-on-demand; eBay and resale apps and Amazon are planned). Each new reader gets a 7-day free trial of the daily brief for their edition: we ask only for a name and email address, never a card, to start. After the 7th day, the daily brief continues only with a paid subscription at $17 per month (the only plan; there is no annual plan). We don't charge anything automatically when a trial ends, because no card is on file. During and after the trial we send a short series of emails about the trial and membership; you can stop them at any time with the one-click unsubscribe link in every email. Briefs are for general information only and are not legal, tax, financial or account advice. Summaries are generated with the help of AI and may contain errors; each point links to its sources so you can verify it. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal, and access continues to the end of the paid period. One subscription is for one reader. We may change or discontinue features with notice. Stallwire is not affiliated with Reddit, Inc. or with any platform it covers.

Privacy policy

We collect your first name, your email address, the brief(s) you chose, your trial start and end dates, your subscription status and basic email delivery events (delivered, opened, clicked). Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store full card numbers. Our site analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) use no cookies. We use processors to run the service: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Kit and Resend (email), Cloudflare (hosting) and Google (AI processing of public posts and support questions). We don't sell personal data. To access or delete your data, email support@stallwire.com. Briefs quote public posts briefly with links and don't publish usernames. Authors can ask for a reference to be removed.

Refund policy

If Stallwire isn't for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. After that, cancelling stops future renewals; we don't prorate partial months.

Email and unsubscribing

Every email we send includes our postal address ([BUSINESS POSTAL ADDRESS]) and a one-click unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribes immediately. Unsubscribing from emails doesn't cancel a paid membership; cancel billing through the "Manage billing" link or by emailing support.
