Product

What is Stallwire?

A daily brief for people who sell online. We launch one edition at a time. Etsy & print-on-demand is live now; eBay & resale (Poshmark, Mercari, Depop) is next, then Amazon FBA. Every morning, we scan the public discussions on Reddit for your platform, group the complaints and problems into themes, and summarize what's happening, why it matters to a small business and one practical thing to do. Every point links to the original public thread.

Who is it for?

Small sellers who treat their platform as a business: Etsy and POD shops today, then eBay and resale sellers and Amazon FBA sellers as those editions launch. It's most useful once you're already making sales and want to stay ahead of policy changes, enforcement waves, buyer-trust shifts, supplier problems and fee changes.

Which brief should I pick?

Pick the platform where most of your income comes from. If your edition isn't live yet, join its waitlist: we'll email you the day it launches. You can follow more than one by signing up again with the same email. Members get every edition we launch at no extra cost.

When does my edition launch?

Etsy & print-on-demand launches on Monday, October 19, 2026. We launch the next edition (eBay & resale, then Amazon FBA) only once the one before it is running well, so we don't publish fixed dates. Waitlist members hear first, by email, on launch day.

Do you have an eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop or Amazon brief?

They're coming. eBay & resale (eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop) is the next edition, then Amazon FBA. You can read a sample issue of each on the website now and join its waitlist to get an email on launch day.

Do you have a Shopify, Upwork or Fiverr brief?

Not right now. We measured those communities and chose to launch Etsy & print-on-demand, eBay & resale and Amazon FBA first. If you sell on Shopify or freelance on Upwork or Fiverr, email support and tell us; that request is counted when we decide what comes after Amazon FBA.

What does the waitlist get me?

One email the day your edition launches, then the same 7-day free trial of the full daily brief as everyone else, starting that day. You can read each edition's sample issue on the website now. No card needed.

Which communities and subreddits do you cover?

Etsy & POD is live. The other two editions are on the waitlist. We add communities as the product grows and list them in each brief.

How is this different from product-research or SEO tools?

Tools like keyword trackers, best-seller lists and analytics dashboards tell you what sells. Stallwire tells you what's going wrong and what's changing: suspensions, case rulings, payout holds, return abuse, fee changes, copycats and hijackers, scam jobs, supplier quality. It complements those tools; it doesn't replace them.

Is Stallwire affiliated with the platforms or Reddit?

No. Stallwire is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of the platforms it covers or by Reddit, Inc. Platform names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe what each brief covers.

Do you give legal, tax or financial advice, or cover loans and funding?

No. Briefs summarize public discussions and suggest practical, general next steps. For legal, tax or account-specific decisions, check your platform's official policies or a qualified professional. We don't cover lending, loans, cash advances or funding products.

How accurate are the summaries?

Summaries are written with AI from the source posts, and the sample issues on the website were also checked line by line by an editor. Summaries can still be wrong or reflect one person's experience. That's why every point links to its source threads. Read them before you act.

What time does the brief arrive?

Around 7:00 AM US Eastern, every day.

Can I choose which topics I get?

You choose your platform's brief. Within a brief, every reader gets the same themes, ordered by how much discussion each one has.

Free trial

Is it free?

You get a 7-day free trial of the full daily brief. Start it with your first name and email only, no credit card. To keep receiving the brief after day 7, you add a card and pay $17/month.

How long is the free trial, and how does it work?

Your trial starts the moment you sign up and covers 7 days, counting the signup day as day 1. It ends at midnight Eastern on day 7. You get the full daily brief every morning during the trial. Each reader gets one trial per edition; signing up again with the same email doesn't restart it.

What happens when my 7-day trial ends?

Nothing is charged automatically, because we never asked for a card. From day 8 the daily brief stops. To keep it, add a card from the link in any email or on the website: $17/month, cancel anytime. If you don't join, you'll get a few short reminder emails and then a weekly "what you missed" note for up to 8 weeks. You can stop those anytime with the one-click unsubscribe link.

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. The trial takes only your name and email. You only enter payment details if you choose to keep the brief after your trial.

Can I pay before my trial ends?

Yes. Use the "Keep the daily brief" link in any email. Billing starts the day you join, and the reminder emails stop right away.

What emails and reminders will I get during and after the trial?

During the trial: the daily brief, plus short notes on days 1, 3, 5, 6 and 7 that recap the best items so far and remind you when the trial ends. After the trial, if you haven't joined: a last-chance note on day 8, short recaps on days 10, 14 and 21, then a weekly "what you missed" note for up to 8 weeks. All of it stops as soon as you pay or unsubscribe. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link and our postal address.

What's in the free preview?

A full sample issue for each edition is on the website, so you can read one before you even start the trial.

Pricing and billing

How much does it cost?

$17 per month, after a 7-day free trial. That's the only plan; there's no annual plan.

What do paid members get?
How do I pay?

Through Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Use the "Manage billing" link in any email or on your account page. That opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Do you offer refunds?

If you're unhappy within 7 days of your first payment, reply to any brief or email the support address and we'll refund it in full. After that, cancelling stops future charges, and we don't prorate partial months or years.

Do you charge sales tax or VAT?

Where required by law, tax is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Will you raise the price?

If we do, existing subscribers keep their current price for as long as they stay subscribed.

My payment failed. What happens?

Stripe retries automatically and emails you a link to update your card. Your access continues during the retry period.

Account and email

I'm not receiving the brief.

Check your spam or promotions folder and add the sender address to your contacts. If it's still missing, use the "Resend today's brief" link on your account page.

How do I change my email address?

Members: update it in the Stripe customer portal ("Manage billing"); your Stallwire account follows the billing email. Free readers: unsubscribe and sign up again with the new address.

How do I unsubscribe?

Click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email: it's one click and takes effect immediately, and it stops all trial and reminder emails too. Unsubscribing doesn't cancel a paid membership. To stop billing, use "Manage billing".

Can I share my subscription with my team?

A subscription is for one reader. Forwarding an occasional issue is fine.

Data and privacy

What data do you collect about me?

We don't sell your data.

Do you show Reddit usernames?

No. Briefs quote short excerpts and link to the public thread. We don't publish usernames.

I wrote a post that appears in a brief and want it removed.

Email support with the link and we'll remove the reference from the archive within 3 business days.

Support

How do I contact support?

Reply to any email or write to the support address on the website. Our support assistant answers from this FAQ right away. Anything it can't answer is reviewed and answered by email within 2 business days. We don't offer phone or sales calls.

Do you offer calls or demos?

No. Everything is self-serve: the sample briefs on the website show exactly what you get.
