Questions

FAQ

What is Stallwire?

A daily brief for people who sell online. We launch one edition at a time. Etsy & print-on-demand is live now; eBay & resale (Poshmark, Mercari, Depop) is next, then Amazon FBA. Every morning, we scan the public discussions on Reddit for your platform, group the complaints and problems into themes, and summarize what's happening, why it matters to a small business and one practical thing to do. Every point links to the original public thread.

How accurate are the summaries?

Summaries are written with AI from the source posts, and the sample issues on the website were also checked line by line by an editor. Summaries can still be wrong or reflect one person's experience. That's why every point links to its source threads. Read them before you act.

What happens after the free two weeks?

Nothing is charged automatically, because we never asked for a card. When your edition's two weeks end (November 2 for Etsy & POD), you'll get the weekly free preview instead of the daily brief. If you want to keep the daily brief, the archive and the weekly deep-dive, join for $19/month or $149/year.

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. The free preview never asks for a card. You only enter payment details if you choose to upgrade.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Use the "Manage billing" link in any email or on your account page. That opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Do you offer refunds?

If you're unhappy within 7 days of your first payment, reply to any brief or email the support address and we'll refund it in full. After that, cancelling stops future charges, and we don't prorate partial months or years.
